Nonpoint Source Grants - Cost reimbursement grants requiring 40%
    match.  RFP issued annually in the Fall of each year. Information on the
    match formula and developing objectives and goals for evaluation purposes
    is here.

Outreach Grants - Cost reimbursement grants to fund small projects
    outside the more rigorous NPS grant program.

Funding Assistance - yearly documentation requested for funding
    eligibility  for Water, Wastewater and NPS Projects

Environmental Education grants.  Environmental Education grant
     proposals information. 

Loans - The Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund provides low interest
    loans for construction of wastewater, storm water, and nonpoint source

Colorado Watershed Protection Fund - part of the Colorado Check off
    Program that allows taxpayers to designate a portion of their tax refund to
    one or more charitable organizations or social programs. The watershed fund
    provides money for a competitive grant program to help local watershed
    protection groups to restore and protect our rivers, streams and
    lands within Colorado's watersheds.

 

Department of Local Affairs operates the Local Government Financial

    Assistance section that manages a number of grant and loan programs
    within the Department of Local Affairs specifically designed to address public
    facility and service needs. Through coordination and outreach with the
    department’s field offices, grant and loan resources are distributed on
    both a formula and discretionary basis depending upon applicable state
    statutory provisions, federal requirements and/or program guidelines.

     Structure Assessment, Feasibility Study, Business Plan, Master Plan,
     Bricks and Mortar – all for historic preservation projects
