  ►  September 22 to October 20 - Concept development and feedback on NPS listserv

  ►  October 27 - Consultation Day (check http://www.npscolorado.com for details)

  ►  December 4 - Deadline to submit proposals

  ►  January  -  Proposals evaluated

  ►  March 8 - Recommendations to the Water Quality Control Commission

  ►  March 31 - final funding notification to proponents
